Valleycliffe

Located just off highway 99 at the south end of Squamish nestled to the base of the Squamish Chief mountain. Valleycliffe has mostly single family homes and some apartments. This area holds some of the entry level homes in Squamish. The Plateau is a sub area of Valleycliffe that is raised up on a rocky plateau. The Plateau provides more privacy and less traffic than lower Valleycliffe.

Hospital Hill

Located on a hill side near Squamish General Hospital providing excellent views of downtown Squamish. Hospital Hill is one of more desirable locations in Squamish with large quality built homes.

Downtown

The heart of Squamish has a large variety of real estate options. Original homes built in the 1900's to the most contemporary condominium projects are available. Many new condominiums and town home projects. Close to waterfront access and wildlife estuary.

Located north of the Mamquam Bridge, this area is comprised of flat level lands at the foot of Garibaldi Highlands. Close to shopping, movie theatre, schools, Highway 99, 2 golf courses, and is experiencing some commercial growth with he expansion of Garibaldi Village. This area is one of the more desirable areas in Squamish. Close to schools with well built single family homes and a good selection of new and affordable apartments close to some of Squamish's best shopping.

Upper Squamish Valley & Paradise Valley

Located just north west of Brackendale at the north most end of the Squamish area. This area has the largest acreages and large lots in Squamish. This area is characterized by rural living with water accessed by wells and septic systems. This area provides the most rural living in Squamish and access to hunting, fishing, trails and snowmobiling just to name a few.
