Valleycliffe
Located just off highway 99 at the south end of Squamish nestled to the base of the Squamish Chief mountain. Valleycliffe has mostly single family homes and some apartments. This area holds some of the entry level homes in Squamish. The Plateau is a sub area of Valleycliffe that is raised up on a rocky plateau. The Plateau provides more privacy and less traffic than lower Valleycliffe.

Hospital Hill
Located on a hill side near Squamish General Hospital providing excellent views of downtown Squamish. Hospital Hill is one of more desirable locations in Squamish with large quality built homes.
Downtown

This area is one of the more desirable areas in Squamish. Close to schools with well built single family homes and a good selection of new and affordable apartments close to some of Squamish's best shopping.
