Squamish Building Lots Are Hot in 2011
January 2011 Squamish Real Estate Market Update. Building lots are a hot item lately with 7 building lots sold since December and I know of 2 - 3 more that are under contract to close soon. This is after 2 years of dormant building in Squamsih and is a testimant to the improveed confidence in the stability in the real estate market.
Just as wee saw the values correct over the past 2 years we have also recently the level of active real estate agents serving the Squamish area correct as well. We have seen about 7 REALTORS�� bite the dust in the past year as some struggle to generate sales in a difficult market enviroment.
