Macdonald Realty named Largest Brokerage Firm in Canada
With a total sales volume of $4.7 billion in 2009, Macdonald Realty placed first in the Real Trends 200 survey of Canada's largest brokers. The results were published in the May 2010 edition of Real Trends magazine, and was also reported in the May 5th and May 6th editions of the National Post, Vancouver Sun, and The Province (please see links, below). Based in Castle Rock, Colorado, Real Trends has been ranking the top 500 brokerage firms in the United States since 1988. This is the first year their publication has included Canada. The above sales volume includes all corporate owned offices; the sales volume would be close to $6.5 billion if we include our franchised offices.
