February 2010 Squamish Real Estate Market Update
Squamish real estate has almost tripled the sales from this time last year (2009). The sales to new listings ratio is sitting around 40% which is still a Buyer's market, but is in the balanced territory. We will only see prices start to rise when we see sales to new listings reach 60%. The townhouse and apartment section of the market is now leading the way in Squamish where detached single family homes were the top seller for a few months.
