Squamish Real Estate - August Market Update
the real estate board of greater vancouver stats are in for July. Keep in mind the stats are for the month that has already occured and the market has already shown signs of improving in Squamish through teh beginning of Augaust. Records sales in vancouver for July but only a 50% sales to listings stat for Squamish. I see Squamish posting a strong August and September and in to the fall. Prices continued to fall in July and real estate continues to be more affordable in Squamish. Look for improvement in the sales stats over the next couple of months as Squamish slowly reacts to the real estate market forces that are in play.
